Dave has global experience ranging from being the Chief Operating Officer of a large Chinese retailer to providing consultancy services to major banks, large international oil companies, global remittance providers, and many large retail groups.   He played a leading role in upgrading a large UAE-based exchange house's risk rating - including coordinating the installation of new sanction screening and transaction monitoring systems.
